🚲 BIKE EXCURSION

We want to explore Munich with you by bike — under the theme:
"Historic Munich – Transport Routes of the Past."
We’ll visit several locations and share some interesting facts about the development of mobility in Munich.

We’ll meet at the MVG bike station at Hackerbrücke at 5:00 PM, with our final destination being the MVG bike station in Thalkirchen. This setup ensures that you can join even if you don’t have your own bike.

The route will be about 9 km, and we estimate the tour will take around 1.5 to 2 hours. We'll aim to stick to the best cycle paths available, but please come prepared for Munich city traffic (helmets are cool! 😎) and always be mindful of your own safety.

🍻 EVENING MEET-UP

After the ride, we’ll round off the evening together at the “Zum Flaucher” beer garden. Feel free to bring your own Brotzeit (picnic/snack), if you'd like!
If you’d prefer to skip the bike tour and just join us at the meet-up, plan to arrive around 6:30–7:00 PM. If any of this changes, we’ll keep you posted.

📩 REGISTRATION

As always, you can register for the bike excursion, the meet-up, or both.
Please grab a (free) ticket for each part you’re attending – this helps us plan accordingly. (You won’t need to show the ticket — it's just for our internal coordination.)

In case of bad weather, the event might be postponed.
If that happens, we’ll notify you in good time with a new date.
